  1. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  1. Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹6,000.
  2. For orders below ₹6,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
  3. Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and urgency.

Packaging

  1. All devices are securely packed using tamper-proof and eco-friendly materials.
  2. Each shipment includes a quality checklist, invoice, and warranty details (if applicable).

Order Tracking

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
  2. You can track your shipment via our website or the courier partner’s portal.

Delays & Exceptions

  1. Fonofy Technologies is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions.
