- We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
 - Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
 
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Minimum 3 business days – Maximum 7 business days
 
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹6,000.
 - For orders below ₹6,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
 - Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and urgency.
 
Packaging
- All devices are securely packed using tamper-proof and eco-friendly materials.
 - Each shipment includes a quality checklist, invoice, and warranty details (if applicable).
 
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
 - You can track your shipment via our website or the courier partner’s portal.
 
Delays & Exceptions
- Fonofy Technologies is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions.
 - In case of delay beyond 10 business days, please contact our support team for resolution.

Lost Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
