Return/Refund Policy

At Fonofy Technologies Private Limited, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the highest quality refurbished mobile phones. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 03 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  1. Be in the same condition that you received it
  2. Include the original packaging.
  3. Do not remove Fonofy Hologram during return period (03 days).
  4. Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Under Following Circumstances, you can Return the Product & get your Refund-

  1. Mismatch between the received product and the order product.
  2. If you got functional defect in the product.
  3. Unavailability of Replacement.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@fonofy.in

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Note- The Pre-Booking amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable If you refuse the order upon delivery, However the amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled before shipment.
